STALL HOLDERS 2019

FESTIVAL FINALE

There is an opportunity to have a stall at our Festival Finale on Friday 8th March 2019 10am to 2pm

If you would like to be part of this day here are the key pieces on information you need to know.

Get in touch to register your interest

Cost:
The cost of a stall at the event will be $100 (3m x 3m). The stall holders must align to the purpose of the day and include a treat or experience for the women visiting the stall.

Invoices:
There is a charge of $100 to have a stall at this event, invoices will be sent once the registration survey is completed and your stall is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Fundraising:
There is no fundraising to be allowed at this event other than for the Local Women’s Wellbeing Fund through raffle sales and donations.

Stall size:
Each stall should be 3m x 3m. There will be no stalls provided so please ensure you borrow one if you do not own one. There is the option to share a stall with another stallholder - please get in contact if this is of interest to you. You will be notified of your site by Tuesday 6th March.

Insurance:
You will be asked to provide a copy of your public liability insurance – this, along with payment is needed to confirm your stall.

Bump in and out:
There will be key car drop off points and we will give you a time slot and location by Tuesday 6th March. A traffic marshal will be available to ensure prompt drop off of goods without leaving your car unattended.

Car access to the Mall area

Please ensure you get your own permit if you require access to the Mall area to drop off your stall goods. There is a charge attributed to this from council and nothing to do with the festival finale charges

Stall and marquee safety:
All marquees need to be secured using weights. Please ensure you have considered this as all marquees will be subject to a health and safety check.

Promoting the event:
We want as many people as possible coming to this event and seeing what amazing support we offer in the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai area. Please encourage your network to like our Facebook page below and to sign up to the newsletter from our website for details of the event, what money was raised and how the funds will be distributed.
