In the week of International Women’s Day, themed #PressForProgress, the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women's Shelter want to celebrate the magnificent men who are going out of their way to support women, in particular those who have fallen victim to domestic violence and/or homelessness.

A four-part mini-taster sessions for how to self-care when there are so many competing demands. Topics covered will include meditation, nutrition, exercise and foundational planning. This Why Be You event is part of the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai International Women's Day, Why Be You will donate any profits to the Local Women's Wellbeing Program Fund.
